Sometimes a site gets a load of affiliate traffic (such as during a product launch) or from a social media hit on a great article but this can fade away. For best investment try to find a site that has been reasonably steady (or increasing at a steady rate) which will be a far safer bet than one where the traffic and sales are up and down like a yoyo.</description>

Yeah exactly, there are so many sites for sale these days that are on the same old template with copied content.  It goes far when selling a site to go above and beyond to start promoting and driving traffic to your site.
